“Two possibilities exist: Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not,” stated Arthur C. Clarke. What if there is a spaceship that could take us around the universe and witness the possibility that, we are not alone? Imagine during your tour outside the Milky Way, you stumble down upon a new Galaxy far, far away from our own and land onto a foreign planet called Lorena Vey.

 

In LV Dance Collective’s 3rd home season concert, titled Lorena Vey, you will leave behind your day-to-day reality and step into a new world of limitless beauty. The procreation of this production is to bring awareness to the significance behind the meaning of “LV”, hence, the title “Lorena Vey”-the middle initials of both directors. Co-Artistic Directors, Kao Vey Saephanh and Martha L. Zepeda Pamintuan have choreographed new works that introduce the beings and creatures that exist on the planet of Lorena Vey. This production will share LV’s voice and aesthetic—beautifully sensitive and thought provoking.
